Our team is currently processing orders in 7 business days, although our processing time still holds at 1-14 business days.

USPS/UPS transit times are NOT the same as processing times. If you selected 1 day shipping, your order will still need to undergo processing.

We process refunds and exchanges ONLY if shipping insurance is attached to your cart. This option is conveniently attached to your check out. If removed your are held liable for damage, loss and theft.

Item is LOST when it has not been updated by USPS for more than a week after they scanned it in their system.
